I’ve ordered from theisens a couple of times now and the delivery has been reliable, the tracking updates were easy enough to follow, my most recent order actually showed up right on the day they said it would, and even though one package did take an extra day once, it wasn’t a huge deal or anything, so I’d still feel totally fine ordering from them again.

They had a good mix of stuff, and I found what I needed quickly, which was nice. At the same time, it felt a little all over the place, but somehow that also made it easier to stumble onto what I was looking for. Overall, a solid experience

I usually hate going into stores where the aisles feel confusing and I start feeling trapped trying to find my way around, but this place was actually really easy to get through. The layout made sense, and I found the feed, boots, and checkout without wandering around forever. It was clean too, which made the whole trip a lot less annoying.

I ordered a few things on Theisen's for my dad and me, then picked them up at the store. The email came through quickly, and everything was there with no mix-ups. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I had to wait a little while at the counter before someone helped me. Not a big deal though, and I’d definitely use pickup again

I tried shopping on Theisen's and felt like the site was working against me the whole time. Pages were loading slowly, and when I searched for something specific, it barely showed me what I was actually looking for. Then the filters just made it worse, I’d choose a size or category and they’d either reset or give me a bunch of random results. Even the cart seemed buggy, which was the point where I just felt defeated. Maybe the store is great in person, but the website really needs work. I ended up giving up before I could even place an order.

I was kind of expecting the return to be a hassle, but it ended up being really easy, and the exchange was just as smooth, so I got everything sorted out way faster than I thought I would.

I shop at Theisen's a few times a month, and the loyalty points definitely do add up over time. It’s not like you’re saving a ton every single trip, but it’s just nice getting coupons back here and there. Some of the deals can be a little confusing, but overall I think it’s worth joining. I’d give it 4 stars

I wasn’t expecting much at first, but the coupons worked just fine. I went from feeling kind of doubtful to happy when I saw the discount come off. It wasn’t a huge amount, but saving a bit on farm supplies definitely felt good

As someone who’s particular about getting the right sizes and colors, I was happy to see everything showed up exactly like I picked it. No missing items, no weird mix-ups, nothing off at all. I’ve had that happen with other stores before, so this was a nice change. Super easy order overall, and I’d definitely shop there again

I usually like shopping at Theisen’s, but their online inventory has been frustrating. The website said the item I needed was in stock, so I drove all the way over, only to find out it wasn’t actually there. The staff was nice about it, so no issue with them, but it still wasted my time. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely feels misleading when the site says something is available and it’s not. I just wish they kept the website updated better...

I ordered from theisens and, i was kind of disappointed with the quality. Like, it looked totally fine in the pictures online, but once I got it in person, it just felt a lot cheaper than I was expecting. Shipping was okay, so that part wasn’t really the issue, but the item itself just didn’t hold up very well after using it a little bit. Maybe I just got unlucky or something, but yeah, I probably wouldn’t buy the same thing again...

I’ve ordered from Theisen's a handful of times now for basic farm supplies and pet food, and it’s usually been a good experience. Most of the stuff I need seems to be in stock, or at least it is when I check, so I keep going back there first. The website is easy enough to use too. Maybe not the smoothest site ever, but I was able to find feed, fencing supplies, and some dog items without getting too annoyed. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few things do seem to sell out fast, though maybe I’m just checking at the wrong times. Either way, it’s still a solid place to look for everyday farm and pet stuff.

I was expecting the place to be a bit more put together, but the floors were dirty and some of the shelves looked kind of dusty. It wasn’t the worst experience, but the cleanliness definitely didn’t match what I had in mind.

My order ended up showing up late, which was already annoying. On top of that, the reminders felt really aggressive, like I kept getting pushed even though I was just waiting for the delivery. Not the best experience overall.

I brought my car in for what seemed like a simple tire issue, and it ended up taking a lot longer than I was originally told. The staff was nice enough, so I don’t think it was a terrible experience or anything, but the communication definitely could’ve been better. The price was alright, I guess, but overall I just wasn’t that happy with how the service went.
